Roaster Josh's Pour Over for Two | Chemex Recipe


Roaster Josh's Chemex 

Coffee: 35g

Grind: Medium Coarse

Water: 560g



  1. Grind 35g coffee medium coarse. Add to Chemex
  2. Pour 70g HOT water. Let bloom.
  3. Let bloom for 45 seconds.
  4. Pour water in slow small (around 50g) increments.
  5. Maintain coffee bed at the same level throughout the brew.  
  6. All of the water should be drawn through by 3:30.
  7. Discard filter and enjoy!
