Roaster Robb's Cold Brew in a French Press
Grind: Very coarse
Water: 32 oz.
- Grind 170g coffee very coarse. Add to French press.
- Pour 8 oz. HOT water. Stir to saturate.
- Let bloom for 1 minute.
- Pour the rest of the water into the French press.
- Push down until the filter is just below the water.
- Let sit for 18-24 hours.
Note: This yields a concentrated cold brew coffee. Final product should be diluted with ice (if enjoyed black) or mixed with cream, milk or sweetener.
